All orders placed through www.alvaascefabrics.com are processed and dispatched from our Alvaasce warehouse based in Bangkok, Thailand.

All Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. All orders outside of Thailand are considered as international and may be subjected to duties and tax depending on the destination country. We try our best to provide you with the best flat rate shipping promotion to accommodate your shipping experience. By placing your order, you are responsible for your own package once it is dispatched out of Thailand. 

We do not hold accountability for missed delivery of any kind. Please make sure to provide an updated delivery address so we don’t miss you during delivery attempts.

We understand the importance of ordering swatches and/or sample catalogs before making final decisions on fabric selections. 

All orders are trackable. Once order is dispatched from Thailand, you will be able to track your package using the tracking number and courier service link we provided.

Please allow 3-10 business days before receiving your fabrics. If you are in a hurry, do not hesitate to let us now in the instruction note at the check out and we will try our best to accommodate you.  

You will be notified once your order is dispatched from Thailand via email and/or phone number you registered to. With the tracking number and courier service link we provided to you, you will be able to track your package until it is delivered to you.

We currently do not ship orders to Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos. Please contact us directly if you are in these countries and would like to shop with us. 

We use DHL courier service and possibly other courier services for all international orders, with a fixed shipping fee, regardless of the size of orders. The flat rate differs in different regions of the world. However, promotional code may be applied at the check out for a free shipping, if applicable.

We take the Covid-19 very seriously. All Alvaasce staff are required to wash their hands often and get their temperature checked every morning before clocking in. All deliveries are contactless unless otherwise requested. For further information on our courier, do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you so much for supporting our business. We hope you are happy with your purchase. As a newly launched online platform, we are unable to accept any returns unless the item delivered to you is incorrect. Please follow the care instructions or ‘How to take care of me’ card provided with your order as we are unable to accept claims from any items that are not in their original conditions, are damaged, or missing not due to our error. The color of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by Alvaasce Fabrics due to variances beyond our control such as computer settings. It is unlikely that you will find your order faulty however, we will replace the fabric with no charge if we were to send you the wrong fabric.
